At Moida K-Beauty, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items in their original, unopened condition. To ensure hygiene standards, please ensure all product seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Moida account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused K-Beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring you include the packing slip and clearly mark your Return Authorization Number on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
